International shipping rates are based on the following scale:
Orders under $20 ship for $6
Orders up to $40 ship for $8
Orders up to $60 ship for $10
Orders up to $75 ship for $12
Shipping is FREE on orders over $75 regardless of where you live!
All orders are shipped within 2 business days. Domestic shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3-10 business days. International shipping times may vary between 2-6 weeks.
RETURNS:
I am so confident that you’ll fall in love with Sugarpill. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, get in touch with me! I will gladly accept returns and issue you a full refund (excluding shipping). Container must still be full to qualify for a refund. I will not issue refunds on jars that have been emptied or refilled with a different product. My friend worked the makeup counters at Macy’s for three years and told me horror stories about crazy ladies who bought $100 face creams, then returned the bottles the next day full of water. I have heard it all, so no funny business please!
All returned cosmetics will be destroyed and NOT resold. I’m not gross, don’t worry!!
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order.
