Are any of your products or ingredients tested on animals?
NEVER! Animals are for kissing and cuddling, not testing on.
Are your eyeshadows vegan?
Most are! Just look for this symbol:

I bought several jars of loose eyeshadow, and some jars appear more/less full than others. Why?
Loose eyeshadows are packed by weight, not volume. Some ingredients settle more than others, which gives the appearance of being less full. But rest assured that each jar contains a full 5 grams of product, usually a bit more “just in case!”
My pressed eyeshadow has a flat smudge on top. What is it?
When my lab was filling the pans, they accidentally overfilled them too high. So when the pans were stacked for delivery, the excess powder got pushed down. This happened mostly with Afterparty and Midori. Don’t be mad! It just means you got more eyeshadow for your buck. Just kidding, it is probably only like .000001 gram more… but still! :-)

Do you offer a pro discount for makeup artists?
At this time, I do not.
Will you be selling the ginormous 12-pan palettes that were used in the Hello Kitty show?
Not at this time. Those mega palettes were made in very limited quantities specifically for that event. In the future when I release more colors, I would like to offer a huge palette like that, but probably not anytime soon.
I’ve seen other companies sell loose eyeshadows that they say are pure, undiluted pigments with no additives. Why do yours have extra ingredients in them?
While the idea of pure pigments does sound glamorous, the truth is that pure pigments don’t make an eyeshadow. In order to create eyeshadow that really lasts, pigments must be formulated with other ingredients that give them adhesive properties for longer lasting wear. These ingredients are not fillers intended to “water down” or “cheapen” the product—in fact, the adhesive ingredients are more costly than the pigments themselves!
